We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
All return fees are payable by the customer unless the order has arrived damaged or defective
Personalised items are bespoke items which cannot be refunded

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. In your email please include photos of the item you have received, we will then evaluate the issue and process a replacement if necessary.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer any exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for funds to appear in your account.
