All orders placed by 1PM Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Any order placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please see individual items for delivery information.
We advise customers to be as careful as possible when entering the personalisation to appear on their order, as we copy and paste the personalisation as entered. We cannot accept refunds on orders where the personalisation has been entered incorrectly.

We post all our orders in accordance with our dispatch policy. However, we do unfortunately see some delays with Royal Mail. If your order is more than 2 working days overdue please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page to
If your order has tracking then it will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Some items such as cards, coasters & wine labels are dispatched Royal Mail 1st class letter which isn't a tracked service.
