WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND/DELIVERY TIMES?
All items are made-to-order or hand-finished with care, so we need a little time to get all of those orders made! The dispatch times for each item will be listed on every product page.
If you choose to checkout with free shipping your order will be sent via Royal Mail on a service that takes 2-5 working days to arrive.
If you upgrade your shipping your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, this takes 1-2 working days to arrive.
We also offer a next day guaranteed delivery service. Orders placed before 12pm will be dispatched same day, orders placed after 12pm will be sent the following day on a guaranteed next day service. Monday - Friday only.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If your order has arrived and is damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible on our live chat or firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, details on the problem and a clear photo of the damaged/faulty item. We'll try to correct that problem as quickly as possible.
If you do not contact about your damaged/faulty order within 14 days of receiving it we would be unable to take responsibility for any damages/faults that have happened to the item, unless the faults are clearly an error on our behalf (e.g. a printing error).
We cannot accept returns/refunds on personalised items unless there is an error on our behalf.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I'VE ORDERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?
Please contact us on live chat or email email@example.com as soon as possible if you realise you have an incorrect or incomplete address on your order, stating your order number and all details required of the old and new address so that we can quickly catch it.
Once the item has been dispatched we are unable to refund your order if it gets lost in the post due to an incorrect address. If your order is returned to us we can either refund your order (minus postage fees) if it is a non-personalised item or offer for you to pay a postage fee for us to resend the order to your correct address.
We deal with hundreds of orders a day, unfortunately we cannot always catch if an address is missing off a house number or street name - please always double check your details.
CAN YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
At the moment Arrow Gift Co only posts within the UK. Sorry about that!
